Assisting our clients and designers in making more informed decisions.

Construction Administration
We work on behalf of our clients and property owners, acting as their eyes and ears during the construction phase. The firm monitors construction schedules, costs, progress and quality while providing support services such as instructions or clarification to contractors as required. Our services also carry over to the bidding and negotiations process.
At NPA we believe construction administration is not an option to be offered as an additional service, but is an integral part of every architectural and interior design process.
It is a common occurrence that during in a way that was not apparent during the drawing phase. Throughout the construction process we represent our client interests, to the various contracting agencies as defined in our drawings and specifications.
